Bug#4760: dwww problems

The manual page for dwww mentions /etc/default/dwww which is not installed by
the package. Moreover, /etc/cron.daily/dwww tests for /etc/dwww.conf which
does not exist either.
Also, the manual page for dwww is stored as /usr/man/man8/dwww.8 even though
dwww is /usr/bin/dwww, so it should probably rather be dwww(1).
It's a very promising package. I look forward to blend various Usenet FAQs
from my /usr/local/doc/FAQ in together with the Debian docs.
