Bug#4710: New upstream version (2.0) of Elvis released
Package: elviscmn
Version: 2.0-4
The official (as is not a Beta version) of elvis was released, and is
available from ftp://ftp.cs.pdx.edu/pub/elvis/
The current version of elvis that is distributed in the current debian
packages, is elvis 2.0p-beta (later Beta versions have been available for
some time now). Now that the OFFICIAL non-Beta, real, full featured,
functional version (with built-in syntax highlighting, html mode, etc,
which ought to be configured by default to show colors), is available, a
new debian package should be released. This is certainly my favorite
version of "vi".
