jed --> slang dep prob

Hello
    I am maintaining Jed pkg (starting) and i have a few questions that
    actually depend one on each other.
    
    First i want to ask if the slang pkg ver 0.99.34 exist and available
    for public download(i didn't find it on master). I ask this first, 
    because 0.981b jed depends on this version of slang, and second because 
    i could miss the announcement because of our local server problems (they 
    are fixed now)
    
    Second (if it's not exist) can i make the binary, linked with slang
    ver 0.99.34?
    
    And the last one, if the src "pkg" depend on slang-dev but not the binary
    pkg, should put slang-dev in "Depends" line in the control file?
