Two times ndbm.h

Good day folks,

do we need two versions of ndbm.h?  One comes from libdb1-dev and the
other comes from libgdbm1-dev.  They differ.

I'm not sure wether both are needed or should conflict with each
other.  Could ne1 who is familiar with both please check this and/or
explain it to me?  At least this caused some problems with compiling
ifmail &c.
