Package: pcmcia-cs

In the latest version, pcmcia-cs-2.8.15-2.*, the
rc?.d scripts were changed to a 10/90 priority.
The package scripts make references to the old
numbers (which I don't recall off-hand) and
should be changed to "/etc/init.d/pcmcia start"
and "... stop" respectively.

Thanks to Brian Mays - I really should've noticed
it myself.
