Bug#3148: Cron: Cannot stat in /var/spool/cron/atjobs/

I'm not sure if this should be filed as a bug in the cron or the at
package.  Atrun belongs to the at package.

This should not occur as /var/spool/cron/atjobs is created during
installation of at.  Please install the latest release of at -
at-2.9b-1.
