I asked the maintainer for the md5sum, and this checksum matched both
the file they'd (re)uploaded to Incoming and the one in the stable
tree. The copy in the unstable tree had the same control file but a
different md5sum; I concluded that it had simply been corrupted and
replaced it with the uploaded version.
None of these versions are ELF.
