OK, I did it.  
I think Kai Grossjohann had it right though, because the file I'm uploading
is just the one that used to be in the stable tree, which does have the same
version-revision number, etc., but happens not to be corrupted.

Thanks for the help (I was hesitant because I thought some magic having to
do with PGP, md5sum's, and some other database completion might be required.)
