Underscores: cgi_modules, npasswd_boulder, ucbmpeg_play

Underscores are not permitted in package names. They haven't been for
some time, but dpkg-deb has only started checking this at build time
recently (and dpkg still supports them for backward compatibility).

This is now becoming important because we want to make the filenames
in the unstable tree parseable to help tools that retreive packages by
FTP, &c., and it has been decided that this will be done by
transliterating - where it appears in a package name to _ in a
filename. dpkg-name already implements this (dpkg 1.2.1).

Therefore these three packages will need to be renamed.

This should be done by releasing a new package with the new name with
a hyphen in place of the underscore, with a control file like:
  Package: new-name
  Conflicts: old_name
  Replaces: old_name

The new package should contain the same files as the old and have the
same conffiles, if possible.

It would be good if this could be done within a week or two.

Thanks,
Ian.
