We have ended up with two things called "priority" - it is a bit
confusing. pri=Routine sets the Priority: field in the changes file -
this says how important it is to install the new packages in a system.
There is also the binary package priority (which is put in the Files:
lines). To set that use p=<priority> (ie one of required, standard
....). I will try and document this better.

I put this in so that you could see the error/warning messages before
going to the edit. I will change this so it dosn't put this up if no
editing option is selected.
