New and Updated Tcl/Tk Packages
Tcl 7.4/Tk 4.0 and Tcl 7.5/Tk 4.1 are sufficiently different at the C
level that both sets will be maintained for now. All run-time
packages are designed to coexist (i.e. all can be installed at the
same time) but only one set of development packages may be installed
at any one time.
