Opps, thanks. :) I finally went in and changed my .alias file to point
to the correct place.

No, it is definitely complaining about the filter. I also have libgr
installed, and when I did make the filter directory link, it fixed the
problem.
Ah, I found the problem. When I had The GIMP installed previously, I
had to create a .gimprc in my home directory, and it points to
/usr/local/lib/gimp. Hmm, I doubt there is much you can do about user
stupidity, so I guess you should close the report. :)
