Bug#2838: bind postinst doesn't handle # comments in resolv.conf well...

Bind postinst seems to have trouble digesting '#' comments when it tries
to parse the users' /etc/resolv.conf file.

To reproduce the bug, remove bind and then reinstall it while the
following /etc/resolv.conf file is present.

#nameserver     127.0.0.1
#nameserver     132.206.44.21   # kona.CC.McGill.CA
#nameserver     132.206.27.3    # jupiter.CC.McGill.CA
#nameserver     192.26.210.1    # clouso.CRIM.CA
search          EE.McGill.CA libertel.Montreal.QC.CA Montreal.QC.CA McGill.CA

The installation went fine as soon as I remove the said file.
