New package - libz...
This package is divided into two parts, libz1 and libz1-dev. It's a
library implementing the deflate compression found in gzip and pkzip.
It will be necessary for making libpng available, which I hope to do
within the week. _Then_ I can package Mosaic and Arena (which is what
got me started a couple of weeks ago). I know we already have libgr,
but the upstream package doesn't seem to be updated all that often
(compared to the libraries within it, at least), and I believe a
statement of policy was made a few weeks ago deprecating aggregate
packages.
