Yes, but icons and cgi-bins are still no variable data. There must
be another way to do it (maybe using /home/httpd-data and
/home/httpd-data/cgi-bin etc.). BTW: normally only root is allowed
to install cgi-bins and root can remount the hd in read-write mode.
And Icons can still be placed in the document directory.
