Bug#2664: dselect problems with dpkg-1.1.3

What kind of terminal are you on ? It works fine for me with dpkg
1.1.4 on a Linux console with 1.3.76 and TERM=console. This is
unlikely to be a dpkg-specific problem.

The help page will tell you that both up arrow and `p' will go up and
that both down arrow and `n' will go down. Do `p' and `n' not work ?

ncurses uses terminfo.
