Re: f2c ELF to be uploaded
I've put together f2c-960315-1.*, and am trying to
upload them to master, but this cannot connect.
As somebody recently wanted to have ELF f2c, I'll
put it on my ftp server until I can contact master.debian.org.

(BTW, g77 (ELF) already had the f2c libraries in it..)
Unfortunately, I don't use fortran myself, so I couldn't really
test f2c (after removing malloc.o from the gcc command line),
so this release is "extensively" tested with hello.f, but nothing
else. I would very much apreciate if somebody could send me somewhat
more complex fortran files, that did compile with the old f2c.
