Bug#2596: install-info (v1.1.2) creates bad emacs section

Package: dpkg
Version: 1.1.2

The install-info from dpkg-1.1.2 creates some havoc in /usr/info/dir, for
example (this is cut&paste from another machine, I added some linebreaks so
that I looks as it does on the other Debian box)

Emacs
* Emacs: (emacs). The extensible self-documenting text editor.

Emacs
* Forms:q(forms). Forms mode, a form-editing major mode for GNU Emacs.

Emacs
* Gnus: (gnus). Gnus, the GNU Emacs newsreader.

Emacs
* Info: (info). Documentation browsing system.

The result is that
	info Emacs
says
There is no menu item "Emacs" in this node.

Better still,
	info emacs
brings up the manpage (sic!) emacs(1) in the info reader. Don't tell RMS ...
