Bug#2420: xsm isn't installed properly in xbase

I appear to have left out a symlink in the xbase package. It'll be
present in the next release. In the meantime, you can create the symlink
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xsm/system.xsm -> /etc/X11/xsm/system.xsm
manually.
