Bug#2393: incomplete non-free installation of giftrans, unzip, and zip

Using the present non-free debian tree, a normal installation of the
packages giftrans, unzip, and zip is not possible from a stable
(0.93R6) installation of debian.  This is because these packages
require the libc5 package which is currently only available under the
development tree.  Therefore, a user under the stable tree can not
presently easily install giftrans, unzip, or zip packages.

The solution to this problem is for the libc5 package maintainer to
make an a.out version of the libc5 package available under the stable
tree.
