Well, /usr/X11R6/bin to be more precise.

Is this just an 'installer' package for Netscape, or does it contain the 
binary and associated files?

If you're installing the XKeysymDB that Netscape provides, please don't 
overwrite the XKeysymDB in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11. Put it somewhere else 
(maybe /usr/lib/netscape) and ensure that the XKEYSYMDB environment 
variable points to this location whenever Netscape is run.

I haven't had a chance to look at your package, so I don't know whether 
you're doing these things already. Just in case...
