Bug#2365: Pine erases message before I can read it

Are you sure that this is the key? This key normaly invokes the spell
checker. I guess it's not clear to me where you are when ^T is pressed...

I have had the same problem when ispell was not available on my system.
Only by asking for spell checking on a continuous basis, by holding down
^T (thus my confusion with the above), was the error message presented on
the screen often enough for my persistance of vision to allow reading.
Considering all the other "helpful" messages pine plops at the bottom of
the screen (and leaves there) this should not be happening with error
messages! I'm not sure there is anything I can do about this, at this
point, but I can certainly pass this bug up to the developers.
