Bug#2365: Pine erases message before I can read it

If I configure Pine with no NNTP server, and ask to post news from the
main setup screen, Pine beeps and prints a message.  Unfortunately the
message is erased before I can read it - I could only read it by
holding down the ^T key.

(I'm using a real serial terminal which pauses when it receives a
BEL; this may be relevant.)

I consider this a bug, and I'm reporting it separately so that it can
be discussed without confusion.  If the package maintainer is not able
or willing to make the necessary changes the report should be
forwarded to the Pine developers.
