The first part of this is done. The ugliness where
"/home/torin/work/debian/perl/perl5.002..yada" was in the Config.pm is
gone. The hack to convince MakeMaker to have the correct paths is next
along with running the make-headers in the background. Expect to see
perl-5.002-5.deb real soon...
