Bug#2058: showpicture requires csh

The script /usr/bin/showpicture provided with the metamail package, which is
used by Netscape, et al, to launch xv or xloadimage to display graphical
objects, is a csh script.  There is no dependency specified by the metamail
package, and csh is not part of the base system.

My preference would be to see showpicture rewritten to use something other
than csh, since I have no other reason right now to care about csh.  However,
an acceptable fix would be to update the dependency information in the
metamail package so that csh gets loaded too.
