Another minor Debian 0.91 buglet

[ I seem to have a knack of finding insignificant non-bugs in software -
someone please tell me to shut up if the reports are not wanted <grin> ]
Dan Quinlan's sman is formatting and compressing manpages perfectly
correctly, but the resultant compressed formatted file is being given
a ".z" extension, rather than the ".gz" being used by gzip these days.
Told you it was minor <grin>.
