I do not know how they handle GDPR.

LibGamerzilla stores everything locally. If you connect give it
connection information for your Hubzilla instance, it will upload your
achievements. Achievements can have have integer progress as well
(completed 6 of 10 levels). Unlike Steam, it does not record when you
earned an achievement. Nor does it send any other information like time
played or anything.
