Salsa migration status

I'm a bit lost with the various alioth/salsa discussions.
Since we've just received an ULTIMATUM about Alioth closing next month,
I figure I'd ask:
Is a mass-migration is planned?
Or should I just manually migrate the packages I contribute to and that
are not on salsa yet?
