Remove all the tarballs that are currently or have been in the archive
(see stabile.d.o:5001 aka snapshot.d.o). Keep that directory only for
tarballs for packages that are in progress or not yet uploaded.
Actually I don't really see the need for keeping in-progress tarballs.
All of our packages should have a watch file or get-orig-source
debian/rules target so downloading from upstream should be fine.
