The best you can do is to have a look at the people mentioned in the
Uploaders field and, if in doubt, ask them. In general, the idea is
that everyone in the Team works in all the packages, but I can totally
understand that some people can be a bit scared about touching a
random package and making an error.
In any case, in those packages in which I'm the only uploader, as it
happens with btanks, feel free to do stuff in them. I won't shout at
you if you make something wrong :P and any help is really welcome.
