upload queue discussions#

Hi,

In the games BoF at DC7 we decided in the short-term to
create a wiki page to detail the packages for upload, rather
than use the alioth tracker (which is very out of date).
I've created this at
<http://wiki.debian.org/Games/Sponsors/Queue> and populated
it with the contents of the tracker.

We decided to (continue) to use mentors to host the
packages for the time being.

The long term solution discussed was an adaptation of a
tool Ubuntu use for universe uploads (I can't remember more
of the details, watch the video! :-) )
