Oh la mauvaise langue ... si tu vérifiais tu verrais
qu'il y a déjà des paquets dans woody-proposed-updates :
http://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/dists/woody-proposed-updates/main/binary-i386/Packages
Et pour y uploader c'est simple, dans le changelog là où il y a marqué
"unstable" tu marques "woody-proposed-updates".
