Best objection I can come up with is someone who NFS-mounts critical
filesystems across a serial link, but I don't see anything that suggests
these serial network interfaces would even be initialized until after
rcS ends -- unless setserial would affect the behavior of T1 boards and
other high-bandwidth serial interfaces (that don't run PPP)?
