Debian Buster wallpaper selection

Hi Alex

Congratulations! By popular vote and consensus of the desktop team, your
desktop artwork concept futurePrototype has made the cut for the final
artwork for Debian 10 (Buster).

We thought we'd give you a heads-up, since we plan to announce this
publicly on Monday.

We took the liberty of moving the new logo designs that we can't use to
a subpage, since media outlets may interpret that as Debian getting a
new logo and running amock with that idea.
