If the svg lib is being pulled in by gdk-pixbuf, then there's no reason for us to explicitly depend on it -- the r-deps of libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0[1] have the biggies covered -- gdm3, gnome-shell, lightdm-gtk-greeter -- I'm pretty sure any GTK+ app that consumes the SVG should have a dep on this package.
