Re: desktop-base/ciel and squeeze: plan of action

@Josselin: Yes, it is blurry. I also stated somewhere (maybe it's still on the wiki)
that the theme is probably not the best choice for people with visual difficulties.
It really does lack contrast. However, what I look for in a wallpaper, is something
which doesn't draw away focus from my applications and icons. Therein, I think,
lies the strength of blurred, or just mellow wallpapers.

I'd disagree that it is grey, but colour perception is subjective I guess. The first
versions were rather depressing, I admit that. The overall colour is more blue
I'd say.

I'm not sure what you mean by "identity", but Ciel has a certain identity --
it is light, it is "cloudy" and I wanted to bring that light theme paradigm
the old Etch wallpapers had, but a little more mellow I guess.
I haven't thought about cloud computing whilst making the theme,
but since we're on the brink of entering this era, why not? :)

I'm happy all of you shared your opinions. Thank you!

Sorry but I don’t recall this being the case, and if it were, I’d still
have to strongly disagree with that.

Ciel is exactly what a default theme should not be. It is gray, which
means windows (which by default have gray widgets) will completely lack
contrast. It is blurry and above all, completely lacks any kind of
