debian-multimedia.org is maintained by Christian Marillat, a Debian Developer.
I imagine (maybe wrong) that packages on d-m.org can't enter in non-free or
contrib, especially package that makes this site popular (mplayer,
w32codecs). I doubt that christian maintains his own repository for fun.

I can see you don't know Christian Marillat. :-)

Btw, w32codecs was removed and mplayer still has issues but already
was uploaded to Debian (and rejected by ftpmasters) yes.
