Directly on the issue of Debian derivatives census: BlankOn: status. The following official statement I can convey represents the developer of BlankOn.
The BlankOn apt repository has been 404 for a while.
What is the status of BlankOn, is it still continuing?http://arsip.blankonlinux.or.id/
BlankOn still ongoing. We still under development for BlankOn XI "Uluwatu". But sadly we have infrastructure issue. the only one server who host Repository down and some miss config happen. Progress for recovery will be finish end of this weeks. We will inform again when status green again.
For now I switched the BlankOn census page to use a mirror:

PS: could you update the BlankOn Debian derivatives census page
and sync it with the template?
