There was more time discussion on talk.maemo.org and #maemo channel
about it... E.g.:

https://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=96800
https://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=89416
https://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=91709

Now I would like to see differences of core Maemo package (those which
comes from Debian) to see what was changed. That page deriv.debian.net
could help me with it. And if there is something really useful for
Debian I can send patches to Debian...

But in my opinion there would be differences specified for Maemo
packaging (e.g compile with different version of package or install
files into different location, or backported patches from new Debian)
which is IMHO useless for new Debian...

For that investigation I would really like to filter out all Maemo 4, 3
and 2 packages from deriv.debian.net...

That does not help me, as I'm browsing patches per package. E.g. if I
look at package acl I see there also diff against Maemo 2 version:

http://deriv.debian.net/Maemo/patches/a/acl/

In which I'm really not interested...
