Some comments about the census page that you wrote:
You may want to look at our census QA page[3], some of the mails
from there may apply to ArcheoOS.
Since you have a corporate sponsor you might want to encourage them to
contribute to the costs of DebConf12[4]. In addition there are only two
days left before the close of food/accommodation/travel grants[5][6].
The call for papers is open until June 1st[7].
You might want to get ArcheoOS listed on the Debian Live website[8].
You might want to get involved in the Debian Science team[9][10] and
start an archaeology sub-group.
It seems that you are including some custom packages in your live image
and that you have an apt repository containing those source and binary
packages[11]. Please include those in your census page according to the
template[12].
I see that you are including custom qgis packages in your live image,
you might consider joining the Debian GIS team[13], who maintain the
qgis package in Debian.
I see that your apt repository doesn't appear to include source packages
for most packages. We would encourage you to change that and start
distributing source packages with your binary packages so that your
users can easily change and rebuild the software that you distribute. I
would suggest looking at the maint-guide[14] document for information
about that.
