Most of the times, Debian packaging is not about coding, but about
organising, publishing, integrating, motivating .. sounds all to fit
quite nicely :)

But as a non-uploading DD you do not help the aims of siduction. Berlin
is rather densely covered with DDs. Start contacting someone on
	http://wiki.debian.org/Keysigning/Offers
who may then help you with additional contacts on their side to
propel you forward.

I do not get it. The technical infrastructure scales. If you are good,
then you contribute to the manpower side with whatever you are doing.
If you need time from other contributors to Debian that is distracting
them too much or that they find irritating, then I have little doubt
they will tell you upfront. It is Berlin after all ..(have lived
there) .. :)
