Ahh, looks like I completely skipped over that thread. Oops, sorry.
I'll read through it, but my two cents (which may have been addressed
already): Notifications to the list are good and useful, but should
have some sort of disclaimer at the top/subject indicating it's an
announcement of a new test, and if you're affected you should be
shortly contacted separately, etc, etc.
