My own experience though tells me that it is save to assume that a fair
amount of those are filed against not too well maintained packages
potentially in desperate need of new maintainers. :)
Working with others to prepare NMUs for those might be a good idea,
even when someone doesn't think about attaining DM/DD status. Of course
considering the importance of the bug.
