There it is again:

source=/org/bugs.debian.org/spool
exclude="$exclude /ajtest /bak /incoming /lock /subreq /user /ajexpire /*.idx"
exclude="$exclude /*.new /debbugs.trace /trace /stamp.*"

Additionally, but that should be in the /etc backup already

source=/etc/debbugs
exclude="$exclude /indices /Maintainers"

That was extracted from a discussion with Don.
