No. It tells you where to send *posts* if you want to *post* to the
list. Why should it be up to the mailing list admin to dictate
whether *I* want to be CC'ed on replies to my post? This is why
another header is needed. I like to be CC'ed on replies because my
main email address and list address are different, and so replies to
my posts go right to me, which is nice.

It is the best way of eliminating private mails, maybe. But thats not
what everyone wants.
