I think that calling for that vote would be fine.
I view that as an informalish internal vote, not some formal resolution
that we're going to announce on d-d-a.
Mostly I think we're going to try and figure out the direction at a high
level.
For options 1, 2, 4, and possibly 3, I think we'll need significantly
more discussion before voting on  something formalish.
If we choose option 1 or 2, we may find that during the process of
fleshing something out, we flip-flop back and forth.

So, I think that you've done a great job of getting the level of
specificity that we need now.
