The initsystem debate was a complete anomaly, I don't even want to try and count the hours I personally spent thinking about it. So, to me, a reasonable expectation would be that someone is willing and able to commit, say, 10 hours a month routinely... with the understanding that there *might* be another issue from time to time that demands more attention than that.
