I think that rather than spending that much time on the CTTE, the time
would be better spent on other areas of Debian.

Bringing an issue in front of the CTTE has real costs, both in terms of
its impact on the project as a whole, as well as its impact upon the
CTTE. While I think we've been too slow recently, I also don't want to
become so fast that people bring issues to us without having worked very
hard at consensus themselves.

I personally cannot reasonably dedicate more than an hour or two a week
to the CTTE, and I suspect that few people serving can either.
