It's not that I dislike any particular conclusion, it is that I
dislike the apparent rush toward conclusion.  The TC is a deliberative
body that is only supposed to act when all normal means have been
exhausted.  The fact that no policy discussion ever happened means
that something has really going wrong here.

I'd be happy to see a change post-jessie, but I feel like it is a
self-imposed rush to push anything through for jessie.
