Chair rotation

Conceptually, I should have taken up the chair in June, and should be
stepping down soon.

Obviously, I did not do that.

I see several options on how to proceed:

[1] Skip on to the next candidate.
[2] I pick up rotation starting [soon]
[3] Stick with Bdale
[4] Pick someone else (Ian?  Steve?  ...)
